Lucas Riva is Business Analyst at our Odoo office in Louvain-La-Neuve and has worked with ERP implementations over the past 15 years.
In Odoo since March 2020, in August of the same year, Lucas joined the team of MRP experts, whose main missions are, among other things, implementing the Manufacturing applications in high-complex projects, providing internal support to the fast-growing team of business analysts, and managing the knowledge database which is available internally and also externally for Partners and the whole Odoo community.
The main challenge of manufacturing companies doing Engineering to Order processes is to have accurate cost control throughout the product life-cycle, from the conception to the production, to determine the profitability of each project.
In this talk, you will see how Odoo can easily track every cost (direct and indirect) during the whole process, such as engineering, prototyping, consumption of components, labor, and all income generated from it.
